Which oil do people think?

about the give MY93 WRX Import and oil + filter change but not sure which oil to fill up with, which do you people suggest.

I use mobile 1 fully synthetic but thats just my preferance.
some say you should use semi synthetic. I think its in the owners handbook but i have an import and most of mine was in japanese.
