I have a 95 UK Turbo have noticed the rad fan not kicking in done the diagnostic and it works then, but have noticed that when up to temp the rad top hose is hot and the bottom cold......
Any help greatly appreciated

I had this problem on my 93 wrx it normally indicates an air bubble somewhere in the system.
Mine was down to the radiator cap (i had a fancy one that had a button in the middle to release pressure even when hot) the rubber seal wasn't sealing properly.

 

could also be your stat

Think its the Stat. Not opening fully in boiling water.
Put back together without for now let it all run and pipes all hot where they should be
