differences between newage WRX and STI inlet manifolds....
If UK ones then only red paint.
JDM STi ones have no TGV valves, just the divider wall but Spec C manifolds are one piece items that come with a larger diam inlet hose - these are the ones to go for.
See Shauns write up sticky at the top about how good the Spec C inlet hose is.
AS to performance, there is a TGV removal thread on SN and plenty on NASIOC about it.

It seems that the TGV delete may have been a bit of a waste of time on my car.
If you are going to try and run at 400 bhp plus then the extra cross-sectional area and potential max. air flow (if useable?), from removing the TGVs & porting may help you though.
if only some proper flow work could be done to show what TGV deletes and inlet porting does/doesn't acheive then we'd be the wiser.
