RE SCORPION EXHAUST NOISE LEVELS

hi, i have 93 type ra, going to use it on track days etc , i bought the car with scorpion de-cat full stainless system inc downpipe, anyone got any idea of the sound volume with the system fitted, it has to be 98decibel at 4500 rpm to pass noise test.
any views would be helpful
