Been looking all over but cant get anyone intrested in making an FMIC for the megane 225 (in small bulk) Its a dead easy cooler as well does anyone know of any custom intercooler suppliers?

Have you tried emailing any manufacturers to see if they do custom designs? Have a look in Demon Tweeks - you can get off the shelf designs made by AH Fabrications that may get you pretty close.

A H fabrications in Hereford http://www.ahfabrications.com/ will do small batch runs ( made 1 off`s for my car) , unlike some other`s they will not copy / sell your idea themselves if it is good,
