They can use their select monitor but if there are no codes most are stuck, it needs someone who can relate maf volts to long and short term trims to temp sensor to map sensor to cam timing to ignition (fine and course learning), looking at that lot builds a picture.
Want to describe the issue on here, maybe can throw some light possibly, problem shared and all that.
cheers

Alan, your trying to run before you can walk. Pat did a diagnostic of some sort on Sunday night when you called at mine didnt he?
You need to get him and Andy to speak to one another.
Go to the dealers will do you no benefit what so ever IMO.

I suspect the R/R AFR meter was not reading correct. If your car was in fact running with an AFR of 14:1 whilst at 420bhp it would meltdown in seconds.
I know you have just done a whole load of drag runs including a number of 160mph top speed runs at Elvington without issue, hence my questioning the AFR meter.
It would however be unwise to completely disregard the reading and a further check (ideally a different wideband) would be adviseable.
Optionally if Pat (or anyone else with deltadash) can send me the datalog from it I can diagnose it remotely.

If thats the case, better keep off boost until the reason for it is found.
If Pat logged it on DD, that log would be usefull to help determine if it is the fuel pump issue.

Sounds like a pump issue. Exactly the same as I experience when mapping a P1 recently. Fine one minute, massive leaness the next as soon as you went over approx 0.9bar boost (in this case in paticular).
Also check that the vac hose is properly connected to the fuel pressure regulator, it will have a similar effect to a failing pump.
