Default Sensor Help???

HI i have a 1993 wrx import and am going to fit a decat pipe but my cat has a sensor in it which is smaller that the hole for the decat pipe.

Will the car run crap if the sensor is left off also can anyone tell me what type of sensor it is and if a can replace my old 2 wire sensor (import) with the newer bigger sensors.

Drew

yeah as 4wheel says, it is the cat on fire sensor. This can be disconnected from the engine loom and just bolt up the hole in the new pipe. TSL motorsport do a bung that fits its about £10.
