Default Type-R Exhaust ???

My Sti5 type-r v-ltd has, I think, got a factory fitted sti exhaust system and has recently started to blow between the cat and the first silencer, now on this system the cat and the first silencer are actually butted up to each other with no pipe visible in between! My problem is that all of the sti exhaust diagrams that I have found seem to show a short length of pipe in between these two items, I need to order either a centre section or a cat back system but am not sure if the fitment will be ok due to the different appearance of my system.??? any ideas??

From: Grew up and don't drive Scoobs anymore!
Default

Usually 3 part exhaust on STi's.

Downpipe with cat, centre section with no cat and only a resonator on STi's and a back box.

Could be an opportunity to replace the centre and back box to let the scooby burble out and get a few pops and bangs thrown in for free
