Actuator On TD04L

Hi Guys

Is the actuator on the TD04L turbo, found on the 2000 bugeye impreza and beyond adjustable as standard?

I think so. The one on an MY00 Classic is.
The only TD'd I know that are not are 'some' very early 1992/1993 ones.
