Default Mileage adjustment for new clocks

I am just about to change the clocks in my 2002 wrx for Sti clocks, and I want the millage to read the same.
Now i have a OBDII interface cable to connect to my laptop.
Question is does anyone know of any freeware I can use to get the clocks to read the correct mileage, and how to actually do the process?

Cheers

If the mileage is lower on the clocks you can attach a frequency generator to gearbox output shaft pickup connector to clock up the mileage.

Mileage is higher, so I need to 'Clock' the new clocks to read the same as the old.
