Default Advice needed.... getting annoyed!!!

Evenin!

Got a really annoying problem thats got me confused!!! Recently fitted a 99 TMIC to my 96 UK impreza turbo, replacing the small slanty job.
Car currently is running full HKS super dragger (de cat) HKS induction, APEXi boost controller, super chip TD4 turbo, forge dump valve etc etc etc!

Now it has developed a fault that i cant track. Under normal driving it feels rough like its almost misfiring and really hesitant, however, when accelerating hard its fine! Also after accelerating hard and returning to idle... it sometimes will drop right down to almost a stall before recovering to 1000rpm!

Checked all pipes for leaks etc and all is fine... like i say... i stuck now

Suggestions welcome!!! Thx

Have gone as far as replacing main units with samco units.

could it be linked to a occasional fault that has also arisen... whilst driving the car until it warms up, sometimes the check engine light comes on. Done an ecu check, no faults registered...... could it be linked?>
