Hi, are front/rear strut braces worth it on a newage WRX with standard suspension setup. There seem to be quite a few kicking about second hand and was wondering if it was worth me picking some up.

Apparently insurance companies dont like strut braces as a slight side impact will transfer the shock to other side pretty much writing the car off. I dont think I'll bother to be honest, spend my money on something else.
