Do you mean full as in turbo back - changing dowpipe, centre and backbox?

Or cat back - just changing centre and backbox?

When I picked my car up a month ago, had Magnex cat-back and a dyno printout of 215.5bhp i.e 0.5 bhp gain on standard!! (MY00).

I then swapped the front downpipe to a Ninja sports cat, changed the panel filter to a JR and before remap it was 230bhp.

Therefore full de-cat with Magnex cat-back, JR panel filter and Ninja downpipe released 15bhp.
