Can anyone tell me what turbo is on a P1 as standard and what a sensible upgrade would be please ! !

VF28 is standard.

Upgrade depends on your goals/finances etc. number of IHI VF's will suit or do you want to pay out a bit more on a hybrid of some kind?

Cheers Mark.......... I think I am going to go the Hybrid route, maybe just go for a Vf34 or something just gotta decide where I am aiming to go, I think I am only aiming for 350bhp as the Gearboxes aren't up to much more than that.

Just out of interest what would a p1 need to get it to the 350BHP mark,obviously the exhaust and remap and what.....

turbo swap, injectors and maybe a bit better intercooling....STI8 conversion? i think its possible on the standard one though but itll just be that bit harder to achieve..

You should be able to get 320BHP quite easily with a VF28.
Next step up IMHO would be a TD05/18g, alot more reliable then the IHI VF series too...
