Default Dyno query.

Does a chassis dynamometer, specifically a Dyno Dynamics one , measure torque and rpm (and then calculates power), or does it measure power and rpm (and then calculates torque)

IIRC it measures tractive effort and speed, then uses this along with information entered by the operator and a DD fudge factor to calculate flywheel power.

Maybe someone with more experience of the dyno in question can comment..
