Default Engine bay question! help!

Can anyone tell me from this pic where my dump valve is (as need to change it)
also can anyone tell me if my car is an early 97 (old style) or late 97 (newish style) engine bay?

Thanks!

The DV is located on the lower end of the black rubber hose which comes off the RHS front of the intercooler in your picture

I've circled in pink the hose coming from the intercooler on the right hand side, at the end of this hose you'll find your dump valve. Your setup looks the same as that of my MY97 STI, so I would suggest that the fitting kit you will need would be the same as that, presumably 97-98 age range.
