Red face New Service then splutter!!

Hi People, Did a full service on my 94wrx @100k on Sat, finished the service and ran the car, every so often and only very very slightly there is a small hesitation not noticable to the passenger but is to me! then Sat night i gave it a small bit of shoe and @ 80ish!! it hesitated a good bit, and again slightly after, Sun morning i stripped the Air box etc to check the leads put everything back together and it hasnt happened since, although on idle you will hear the usual Bop Bop Bop Bop then intermittantly interrupted by a slight bip!!!
Was thinking maybe crap petrol although it was shell normal with octane boost, car is jap by the way!
Any HELP is appreciated.
~Thanks People

check the coil packs, wouldnt be surprised that one or more havent cracked when you removed them to change the plugs. Also what did you gap the plugs to?
