Seat belt beep !!!

Is it possible to disable the beeping that comes on at 10mph, when the drivers seat belt is not fitted...

Yes... I know putting the seat belt on will stop it, but this can be annoying if you're just nipping out.

Any suggestions?

pull the wires out the back of the beeper under the dash

Not being very responsible though are we
