Just put a MY02 intercooler into my MY00 Classic and now it wont idle and stalls.Have checked wiring and cant find anything wrong.Car was fine before conversion. Anyone have any ideas as to whats wrong.Thanks

 

Just been out in car and when it reaches normal running temp it runs perfect, but when cold still trys to stall.

 

Have you checked all the pipe work for leaks?

 

Yes,I've checked pipe work and wiring connections and everything seems ok.

 

Just done a ECU reset and a look for error codes.I got the continuous on/off at the same speed which indicates no fault found.I then unplugged the maf and the engine carried on at the same speed except for a split second hesitation as I unplugged it.I believe that unplugging the MAF should make the engine stall.Is this correct?

 

Went out in the car this morning and everything is fine.The ECU reset must have done the job.Thanks Steve.
