boost problems with pfc

Default boost problems with pfc

can anyone help have had pfc fitted and mapped 6 weeks ago.well pleased with the performance but for the last week boost has dropped from 1.45bar mapped for to,1.3 - 1.35 bar.car is uk 98 turbo .have wondered about blocked boost soleniod but any advise would be most helpful

I have fluctuating boost with my PFC. Mine is mapped to 1.25 by AndyF but it sometimes runs as high as 1.35 held and also drops to 1.18 held.

I play with the duty cycle via the commander to correct this.

Air temp seems to make the difference to mine.

Have you tried a 4th gear run to see what is happening over a period of time, say 2 weeks?

yes have noticed when cold boosts as far as 1.5 bar but has been cold on last few days and only acheives 1.32 bar max and runs 1.2 wot .
will speak to the mapper and get his views.
