ebay plug in chips?

Just a quickie out of interest really,
Has any one seen the cheap plug in chips that plug into the maf sensor?Do they fool the ecu into running lean or rich?

Yep, seen them......just don't !....don't go there !

waste of money and will bugger your engine and ems.
