here you can see an oxygen sensor going into the downpipe. this isnot my car but ive got a 2001 bugeyewrx. and on my decat downpipe that i have just receieved it dosent have a hole for the sensor to go in??? should i have one??

 

Yes, I have a 2002 STi and my sensor in the downpipe is just before the flange that bolts to the centre pipe.

 

its a scoobysport downpipe that ive got... it doesnt have any holes in it for the sensor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Give them a bell and ask what has happened.

1 at the top and one at the bottom

do you not have the shorter style downpipe

have a look under your car ... you probably have a shorter link pipe with the lamda boss

 

just phoned api, they said janspeed made a **** bunch of downpipes and ive got one of them. good oh janspeed, hear nothing but bad things about this company- i just thought cus scoobysport got janspeed to make their exhausts speacially it would be decent. so they are going to send out another one.
