Exclamation Silicone sealant 7 brake fluid..?

Does anyone know if there is a likely hood of silicone sealant reacting with brake fluid..?

To use an 'easi-bleed' kit on a scoob I've had to adapt a spare brake fluid res. cap. To get an airtight seal (as oem cap has vent 'grooves' in it) I've secured bleed kit washer inside cap with silicone sealant (note sparing use of silicone).

Now I'm confident that I've achieved what I set out to do, I'm just wondering if there may be an reaction issue..!

BTW if this does work, anyone wishing to use an 'easi-bleed' kit on a scoob send me a PM and I'll post my customised cap to you, on the provision that you post it back to me asap undamaged..!

I don't really know if the fluid will react with the silicon sealer. Your best bet is to put some sealer on something and drip a bit of fluid on it to see what happens.
Thanks for the cap offer, I've just ordered a spare from Grade A Subaru to do exactly the same thing
