Default coolant leak

pipe split coolant leak stoped and filled up srtaght away but now blowing cold is it just an air lock or could i have done some real damage ?whats the damage likely to be

have you changed the leaking pipe?
It does sound like air in the system, you need to take your time when filling them up, also keep checking the bottom rad hose giving it a squeeze

Depending how long you drove with the car like that there is a possibility of head gasket damage, but that is a worst case scenario.

empty the whole system and refil.

prob got an air lock.

thanks mate just done the job today and noticed another split pipe done that one too it looked like an air pipe from turbo to air filter anyway car is driving like a different car thanks for your advise
