Default Is it a boost problem??

Hi,

Can anyone help me out??

I have a 52plate WRX, been a suberb car for me, untill the last coulpe of weeks...

When I drive it hard, sat in second gear, when it hits about 5000 rpm it kind of"flat spots" then takes off again about 5500rpm....

This happens in 2,3&4th gear...

No mods recently so I'm stumped....

Before I go and pay £60+ per hour down at my local scooby dealer, has anyone any ideas???

Scott..

P.S
My first post be gentle....

your hitting fuelcut. Boostspikes because of dirty boostsollenoid.
Clean the boostsollenoid and all will be fine. And ask your dealer not to overfill your oil level anymore
