whats the best gearbox oil for my car?...its a version 6 type R, with a 2.5ltr conversion running around 400/400..??????????

My scooby is a version 5 and I have tried a lot of different oils. The one I use now and by far the best I have tried is Castrol TAF-X 75W-90 - both in the gearbox and in the rear diff. This oil is also really good if your gearbox has signs of getting older
