Just had one of AF's new TD05/06 20G's and some STI pinks fitted to my wrx today, Yes im being mapped at the end of the montht by Af but what should i expect the car to run like now? I was expecting a little bit of boost but the car feels slow with a noise that sounds like the boost is being dumped? is this normal and will my remap sort the air/fuel mixture out ? Or am i just being paranoid?
Any info on a pre-mapped car with these mods would help greatly !

I would have thought it'd be overfuelling like mad at the moment...???

Drive very carefully til mapped... i would suggest not trying to get boost at-all...

Yes thankyou ive been told this also, im putting her back into cotton wool in my garage until Mr Forrest does his stuff in 2 weeks. Just wanted to know if it was normal for her to run like cr@p after these mods were undertaken?

I would have thought so due to the fact that the ecu doesn't know what injectors it has in it.....! or what turbo it has, and thereofre the boost would be all over the place...
