Thumbs up finding idle after gas????please help!

1993 wrx saloon with a full decat system and a bliz induction kit.

My mrs's car is causeing us problems in the new year and she is think of selling it BUT i dont really want to as it was my first ever scooby

The car runs fine on idle but when you give it gas ,the revs drop right down as if it was about to stall...and i have just been told that it has cut out a few times too whilst driveing
We have recently had a apexi air flow unit fitted but this was several months ago...plus we dont even know what dial it is suppose to sit at

The dial varies from -9 up to 9........any ideas or suggestion please as i dont want to get rid of it

would check the coil packs on a car that age, they tend to breakdown. The mafs on that car are usually quite strong it is the later cars that can suffer with problems. If it is the maf I think you would be looking at close to £200 as you have to get a complete unit. The newer cars you can get them for about £70

What is this dial in thing that you mention?
