Reset ECU on secs ecu moniter??

Reset ECU on secs ecu moniter??
This is a bit of a stupid question but my my03 sti has an ecutec remap, if i used the "reset ecu command" on my secs ecu controller will i lose my remap?
I dont think it will but think its better safe to ask first lol
