Hello

I have a UKMY98, excuse my ignorance, when looking directly at the floor through the engine bay, beneath the radiator there appears to be a heat shield for the exhaust, this is rattling when I pull away, popped the bonnest and yes it's loose, it has coroded, I can feel the exhaust under the shield, happily the exhaust isnt blowing.

Question is, is this a heat shield?? if so where can I get a replacement or is it something else.

i had the same problem with mine. the heat sheilds where rattling like hell so i took off the headers (manifold) and removed all the heat shelds and replaced them with heat wrap. i also brought an aftermarket up pipe and wrapped that to because the heat sheild on that was crap to. hope this helps
