Default cant feed laptop

I cant feed my laptop with any type of inverters. The laptop I'm using has 2 cpus (3,8ghz) and I also have ordered 350W inverter with it. The problem is whenever power up the laptop, the inverter or the fuse fails. I tried to upgrade the fuse 15amp to 30amp but it doesnt matter. If the fuse does not fail the inverters alarms(beeps) and doesn't feed the laptop.

Before this laptop I was running a Pentium II laptop without any problems and moreover I was using 150watt inverter. Do you have any suggestions? Should I upgrade the battery or fuses?

Don't use an inverter, use a 12v dc convertor instead, much more efficient and smaller as you don't use the original charging pack.
