Hello, my motor has an K&N induction kit and an audible aftermarket dumpvalve. (No comments please )

When I first throttle the car up, ie when car takes its 1st gulp of air changing from idle speed to an open throttle position, the induction makes a preliminary noise comparable to a short whistle burst (the sort swimming guards/french police etc have). Not particularly loud but it's there! Can anyone with a similar set up, or experiance of, confirm if this is normal or not? I received the car already as it is, and have no previous knowledge of intake sounds!

Any help is appreciated!

Also could somebody help me to get to my ECU board, I believe it's under the dash, but could someone explain how to get to it? (I havn't tried looking at all yet!)

Sounds normal to me.

btw the ecu is located is the passenger side footwell, pull back the carpet & remove the metal tray & you will find the ecu.
