Default How do i adjust idle ?

i want my idle to be around 900 rpm, as it is its at about 650-700 and at idle its just not nice, the car doesnt move but it feels like it rocks but its not the big ends or anything, its hard to explain, so since i have a phase 2 lump (my00) and no ICV (phase 1) and only a MAP sensor,(phase 2) how do u adjust idle ??

cheers..............

there are a few ways to do this
if a 99/00 ecu then you can use delta dash www.ecutek.co.uk and the free version of tari at www.tari.co.za these methods up the idle on the ecu

the other option is to adjust the throttle butterfly or the cable - not ideal though as expansion once engine is hot could cause a really high idle speed
if the engine is not happy at idle, I think you have an air leak somewhere causing the roughness

the other option is to play with the idle control stepper motor thingy

I vote for the ecu controlled option
