Default remap questions

Current car is my99 (rb5 not that it makes a difference) non WR model
H&S full decat with prodrive rear box
sti5/6 intercooler with steel piping
green panel filter
manual boost controller

going to have tek3 in a few months and wondering about cheap add ons to make the most of remap. I'll be removing the mbc and putting the original boost solenoid back online

namely will a 3port boost solenoid benefit me or will it be a waste of money? Same goes for a walbro 255 fuel pump??

Main aim isn't peak power but a good wide power band with loads of torque.

Thanks guys

Get the brakes changed to something a little better
Believe it or not, it will make your car quicker (well stop quicker which is better )

PS are group buying Tek 3 and Boost solenoid for £499 + Vat?
They recommend a Wahlpro 225. I had one fitted before my re-map.

Got an ecu ready for remap with licence already on it and getting andy f to do remap, that way I can keep my own ecu for returning the car to standard. Getting a good deal overall. I've seen a 3 port going on here for 50 notes so I am tempted by it.

I am hoping for around 280 as that is the max for the td04. Dont want to overstretch anything or affect long term running.

I've been told cnc exhausts can make me up a resonator for roughly £50 and that should quiten things compared to a straight through pipe and should restrict flow too much. I was going to put the cat back on but would like to keep the whole exhaust stainless front to back.
