My 95 STI RA is taking a lot longer than normal to hit full boost - in the lower gears, the gear's ran out before it hits 1.2bar, in higher gears taking 3-5sec longer than usual.

The car has a TD05, PFC with dawes controlling boost, FMIC and standard recirc DV. I've tried changing the dump valve for another, and i've had a good look for split or leaking pipes, but no improvement.

Any other ideas? Wastegate dead?
