Right the RA 1 is a flat black box with a very small display and a plug in laser detector ( Now Illegal to use I believe ) that is a ball that sticks to the window.
The RA 2 is a large oval unit with the laser thing built in and has a large display screen showing you speed etc.... They now do a RA 2 Compact which is slightly smaller and doesn't have the Bright flashin LED at the top.
The RA 2 compact is cheaper to buy too
Mark, The RA 2 is the one I have if you can remember it ??
