just a quickie!

can someone tell me what the water tank at the top of the cooling system is?ive been told that it maybe a header tank but no-one is quite sure?please help!thanks

header tank my friend you will notice a pipe comes of that across the top of your rad and into what is known as the expansion tank hope this helps

thanks,i take it by that you mean the one that is black with a silver edge?its on a classic my94,thanks again for your help.how much are they and where can i get 1 from?
