Spec looks pretty much complete.

Power will depend on condition of your engine, how it is mapped and what RR you use.

TD05 mapped to its potential will be more than enough to eat std gearboxes though.

I dont know how good your FPR is but assuming thats okay the only thing I would be tempted to change are the headers in favour of Gruppes ones.

If its they are already fitted then I probably wouldnt bother changing them.

Wink

yes it is an sti but rather than putting it in i'm keeping it as a very good spare having it fully forged as well indecember so it'll be an even better spare or a good buy for someone

i gave simon some bits a while ago when i was breaking the ra this is how i met him nice bloke got time to speak to you if your having any probs i would certainly recomend him for his pre op work cannot comment on his work but i too have heard good things so i'm confident he'll come up with the goods. its me birthday on 17th bring on the 18th for the best birthday prez i've ever bought my self

Ported headers do indeed work well. It depends on how much you are looking to extract from the car?

I've not heard anything about the 'FuelLab' reg.
