better intercooler if you're still on the pathetic slanty black one (either a v3 onwards TMIC or a FMIC), better injectors (380's as standard - need 440s or preferably 550s) and a secondhand td05 if it hasn't got one. Then get it all mapped and you should be 300bhp.
