HKS Panel Filter......
i have just change my standard filter with a HKS panel filter on my 01 STI bug, i notice more induction noise and i can hear louder DV, but the car doesnt goes smooth in low rpms 1500-3000RPM, as it used to be... is this the filter problem or is something else??
