Smile Blitz Dump Valve

Hi Guys
Just wundad if ne1 has a blitz dump valve as i've just fitted mine and its really quiet and it doesnt go off till about 5.5k rpm. Should it be going off sooner in the rev range and are they all this quiet? PS its not a recirculation?

There should be an adjusting screw on the dump-valve.

I have a blitz supersound on an STI Type R that lets off @ around 3200rpm, your car should be producing enough boost well before 5500rpm!! The srew is an allen bolt on the end, tried adjusting on mine, but does not seem to make any diference!!

Default adjust blitz dump valve

On the top of the valve there is nut with an allen key adjusting screw in the middle. Loosen the nut and turn the allen key screw anti-clockwise to make the valve go off earlier, turn it one full turn at time and try it until your happy. Once your happy tighten the nut to lock it off. Write down how many turns you have adjusted it incase you have to return it to its original position.
