Question What and where from??

Hi guys,

I want to get a new air filter for my Scoob. It's a 99 (2000 spec.) euro import. Currently it has an ITG panel filter in. I've read on here to avoid them. Why??
I want to buy another panel filter, prefereably a high flow one that doesn't require oil. Can anyone advise the best to get and where to buy from? Buying off the internet is best if there is anywhere to get a good one at a reasonable price.

Thanks,
Chad.

Hi, thanks for the link. I had already seen this one. I had a look into the air filter in question on the bulk buy of filters. It does look like it's ok but the kit that comes with it suggests that it is a filter that you oil. I want one that preferably is a dry one, no oil required. So anyone with any suggestions, it would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Chad.

Green and K&N filters are only lightly oiled so should cause no MAF problems.
Even to the fragile MY99/00 model, ran K&N in mine with no probs.

If you want a dry filter then get an STi Panel filter, try http://www.scoobymania.co.uk/perform...o.asp?c=1#here or a Zerosports N1 http://www.dhcars.co.uk/ZeroSports_Impreza.htm
