Can somebody please tell me which ecu will fit into a 1993wrx.I want more power and unleaded fuel,just want to swap ecu for a better 1. Thanks

 

Got an ecu out of an my99, if any good, do a search to find compatibilty,

The ecu from a MY99 will not a fit a MY93 car, as the earlier cars had a 4 plug ecu and the newer cars have a 3 plug ecu.

A Z4 is the perfect upgrade for the '93 car. I have one in mine. You can run them without the need for Octane Booster as they are the closest to UK cars of the Japanese market ECUs. They also give a slight increase in power (around 10bhp).

Mine also has a "ScoobyECU" chip at the moment (16.11 psi), though I am about to sell both the ECU and the chip separately on a well known auction site .

Will sell here if I get a big enough offer first though
