hi everyone

this is my first post in here, and i have just brought my self a BUGEYE STI 7 JDM, the only mods are Decat downpipe + Walbro pump + TEK3 97ron map, i am only getting 18mpg from a full tank (60l) which is about 250miles, i am sure this doesnt sound right, as my previous full decat WRX can do 300miles a tank!!!

is this the lambda sensor?? if so where is it located on the Bug? as i cant find it!!!

p.s i always shift up before 4k rpm!!!!

Bob, most likely you would get a CEL (check engine light) if sensor failed, get the car on a decent set of rollers (rolling road) like dyno dynamics and get the fuelling checked. The rolling road should be able to graph it. Where you based?

250 miles on a tank is standard stuff on v7 jdm bug, i've got one too and rarely see that to be honest although my foot never light and its tuned to over 350 mark.

 

but my sti is standard except downpipe + fuel pupmp??
