Hi all
Just wondering if there could be any damage to my 95 wrx, It has now been parked up my drive for 3months undriven and it could be there for another 4.
I start it up every week but i dont drive it??
Could anyone advise me if the time undriven will damage it??
Or any tips to keepin it mint.

tyres need to be rotated every week too. so they dont flat spot.. might be too late for them already.

handbrake could stick on and the brakes will rust up good. if you have good pads in then the brakes should clean out ok once driving.

if there is loads of fuel in the tank then it could go off before you drive it again. so dont drive it hard once its back on the road. the fuel will degrade and could cause det if you drive hard or use boost too much. once its mostly empty just full up with fresh fuel and you should be fine after that.

the battery might not charge properly in the short time its being run each week, so it could be dead and need replacing by the time you get the car back on the road. but if you charge it up every now and then it should be ok. just dont let it go flat too many times.

This is what I used to do on my R6 when it was garaged for the winter. Cars are no different.

1) Accumate charger to maintain the battery all the time.

2) Remove spark plugs and squirt in about 10-15ml of oil into each bore, then replace plugs (assuming you dont start it all the time). Do this after it has been run hot.

3) Stop engine when warm and block intake and exhaust to stop moisture.

Should help!
