Default PowerFC throw CEL

I was coming back from school and noticed the evo-6 on my back. I increased the boost level to 1.3 bar from the commander and then at full throttle car started to wavering/hesitate/cut out/struggle or what else it is. I've seen 19 psi on the Defis but car never pulls like 19 psi.

Anyway, I turn to my home way and CEL light appeared for 4-5 seconds. I couldnt check it from the commander. Whenever I try to increase the boost above 1 bar, car starts to wavering at WOTs. There is something wrong with the car but I can't find it. Even the fuel econmy goes bad.(190 mile full tank)

I parked the car and checked the sensor voltages from the commander. They seem quite fine except the O2-1 sensor. At 2000 rpm (neutral) o2 sensor voltage goes up to 0.80-82 and then goes down to 0.00 many times.

Any feedbacks would be very apprieciated

Has it been mapped for 1.3 Bar ?? Quite alot of boost for a TD04 & i think the CEL comes on & stays on if the Boost Threshold level has not been increased. I.e 1.2 Bar MAp sensor & running above that.

Injectors nearing 100% warning, MAF reaching max voltage warning, map sensor maxing out, overboosting.. all put the CEL on constant. Map sensor maxing out is not an option if you only saw 1.3bar and it is 98.

Switch a monitor on Airflow, Injector Duty, Boost, and Knock and see what max values you get.

I presume the car has been mapped on the 1.3bar setting with all the mods on the car listed.

Mind you the hessitating is worrying.. could be running lean or rich.

The 2000rpm O2 sensor reading is normal.. it is rocking around the Stoich values which on the narrow band original sensor shows the readings you are seeing.

Catch it! After hard drivings TPS sensors throws a CEL light permenantly then goes off. It has happened again today and I checked the sensor voltages. TPS was highlighted and showing 0.47v while CEL was ON. It doesn't make any issue even you drive the car but I dont know why it happens. TPS shows 4.20v at WOTs and 0.40 at idle so whats wrong with it?

Anyway regarding to the hesitation, I really dont have any idea about it. I'm using the default fuel map and I know it is a bit rich for my car. Its odd but TD04@0.8 bar is more efficient than TD04@1.3 bar so I set my target boost to 0.8 bar. I dont know if the problem is because of the turbocharging.

thanks for the all inputs!
