Depending which straight later tmic you go for it will need some modification?
97/98 tmic which have the elbow on the front for the original dv, will have to be cut off/removed & blanked (tig welded) to allow for clearance with the iscv.
99/00 which have a similar dv connection point at the front may need the same as above but you might just get away with it by adding a blank plate & bolt on (diy)
Try getting the alloy pipe Y piece that's underneath the tmic's.
A samco turbo hose kit makes fitting slighty easier as it's more flexible (thats what I found?) Plus you can retain your original dv too. The samco turbo to tmic hose will need to be cut short as its too long. The samco tmic to tb can be left as is.
I used a spare throttle body when removing/cutting down the lip, you can use the original one but thats up to you. Cost less?
Brackets can be made from your choice, using a cardboard template as a guide. But on mine the tmic is a tight fit, I am only using 1 bracket to hold it secure.
