Oh right, i thought the shift light recieved a signal from the ecu, so its built in to the sti clocks?

I've got the STi 7/8 clocks in my MY02 bugeye AS Performance changed them for me and AFAIK there were no issues
The shift light (and beep) work no problems. The mileage is linked to the clocks so I'd make a note of the mileage so there isn't a problem with "clocking" !
I changed them so that the dials had red pointers like the Defi's (the tart in me !!) so that the interior matched !! Apart from the cosmetic point of view I see no point in changing ..........LOL
