Default Adjustable cam pulleys

Has any one got any adjustable cam pulleys fitted to their car, I have been told that you can gain quite alot of bhp by fitting these especially by adjusting the timing on the exhaust cam. Does anyone know if this is true or not? cause its alot of money to waste if they arn't going to do anything.
Thanks

You can get cam pulleys from Roger Clark Motorsport and probably Kent or Piper.
I think the gains are small in relation to the expense.

Mine raised my peak power from 6400 rpm to 7680 rpm and the car pulls noticeably harder (and cleaner) in the high rev range, depending on what brand and what ecu you have pay attention to cam triggering but that aside I felt the investment well worth as my cams were up to 8 degrees off set as std. (not symetrically either). Tis a wedge though.

G'Day!

I heard Prodrive remove the locating pin and use the old wheels. Then tighten up as much as you can.

Even if they don't worked fine for me!

Thanks guys,im running a W9 ecu at the moment so wont be able to raise the rev limit to maybe take full advantage of the adjustable pulleys by the sound of it, but sounds like it may be worth looking in to as my next mod for sure!
