Unhappy Engine coolant temperature sensor

My sensor's stopped working (95 WRX).

I should have one tomorrow, but what is the best way to go about changing it? Is it to remove the intercooler or the indudction pipework, or both?

Cheers,

Gus

I could be wrong but if it is the water temperature sensor, is it not located on the cross over casting that sits on top of your block and the sensor is forward facing.

Cheers, sorted it out this morning

Just a case of moving the air pipes and squashing my hand to the size of a 5 year olds.

Took a lot less time than i thought, (not including looking for the dropped old sensor )

ECU light out and it started and runs as it should
